Delivery Time

Orders are shipped only after they have been completely authorized. Click here to see "How to Order" for more information on the Ordering Process.

Depending on where you live, delivery time will take approximately 4-8 business days. All watches are always shipped through FedEx or USPS with signature required upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

There are 2 ways to track your package. You can track it with a tracking number through FedEx or USPS. Simply take the FedEx/USPS tracking number that is emailed to you, go to http://www.fedex.com or http://www.usps.com and enter your tracking number to see the current status of it.

Signature Requirements for Delivery

All packages require a signature of the cardholder when it is delivered. We ship all packages through FedEx or USPS and only to the billing address attached to the credit card (this is where the credit card bill is mailed to). For orders paid by a money order, we can ship to any address you provide within the United States.

Shipping is available to the United States and to most international locations. If you live outside the United States, please ensure that your billing address is accurate.

Orders paid by a credit card can only be shipped to the billing address (where the credit card bill is sent).

IMPORTANT: None of your personal information or identification will be distributed to a third-party under any circumstances. They are used for internal purposes only to verify the authenticity of the transaction. This may seem tedious, but the policies prevent someone from using YOUR credit card fraudulently. The information is kept for a short period of time and is then destroyed. We do not use your sensitive information for any marketing purposes.
